All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Revolution Shop, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our premium beauty and skincare products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Important: You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Review Our Policy

Before initiating a return, please ensure your items meet our return criteria:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 3: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions if needed

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Once authorized, please ship your items to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragrance Products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Skincare & Makeup including:
    • CBD Skincare
    • Ceramides products
    • Charcoal products
    • Glycolic Acid formulations
    • Hyaluronic Acid formulations
  • Personal Care Items that have been opened or used
  • Gift Sets if any items have been opened

All sales are final on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
